Beginning of Sep-2022, we stayed 9 days in the spotlessly clean larger apartment. The place fits the description. I am adding the quietness (cul-de-sac road), the stupendous view to the West up to Agios Nikolaos across Mirabello Bay, the large and very clean pool, the sunsets etc. The quiet and respectful hosts living upstairs were always helpful in all matters, questions and even provided ample and diverse food for our late arrival Saturday evening. The place is ideally located for a quiet restful stay close to a local sandy / pebble beach, never crowded. You will search in vain for touristy bars and animations. The villa is reachable by rental car and we explored the magnificent Northeast coast and its mountainous plateau and the Southeast coast. We did not go West to minimize driving. All in all, we can definitely recommend the place.

What an amazing place! The villa is gorgeous and tucked away in a peaceful spot right on Tholos Bay, just 3km from the village. Kostas was so sweet, he even picked up some groceries for us, and his mom baked us a delicious pastry. Every morning, he’d swing by to see if everything was good, but he totally respected our space. The place was spotless, private and had everything we needed, the pool was a blast, and the view was incredible. We actually scrapped most of our plans just to hang out and soak it all in. Highly recommend- we’re already talking about going back. Best vacation ever! Thank you Kostas :)

Great place with an amazing view, all very clean, well furnished. Owners where super friendly and hospitable. We will definitely come again.
