The location is good. The street is quiet overall. There might be a few bikers who like to rev their bikes every now and then, but compared to other streets in Kallikrateia, it's not too bad.
The walk to the beach is short and there's a supermarket close by.
The apartment is clean and the kitchenette includes everything necessary for a brief stay. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was great.
The owner was friendly and very accommodating.
Loved our stay, it is our second visit and we will go back for sure. Clean apartment, coffee machine, good bed. Good air conditioning system.

The location is excellent, 50m from the beautiful beach and center and well-equipped large market are close by.
The studio has new furniture, it is clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, wide enough for 2 people. The bathroom is new.
From the terrace there is a side view of the sea. The street is not noisy or too busy.
