I loved the host Nicoletta, she was so accommodating. The room was very clean and she would leave a good variety of breakfast for us. Nicoletta would always ask how are day was going and is a wonderful conversationalist. Very upbeat and wonderful host. I would recommend this place every time. Just so wonderful and so close to the beach plus it has its own Subclusiveness and felt very safe.
Nicoletta gave us such a warm welcome and continued to be so kind throughout our stay! we will be back!
We stayed here for a week, and I have to say everything was perfect. Everything was close by: the beach, the minimarket, the scooter and car rentals two minutes away, the restaurants and bars along the avenue, the room was changed and cleaned every day, the pool you can use whenever you want, and finally, the owner Nicoletta is super wonderful, always available and speaks Italian. We'll definitely be back!
Everyone was lovely and welcoming from the minute we walked in the door. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is a short 2 minute walk down to the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here!
Nicoletta is a wonderful person, the rooms are tidy, Perissa is the best place to stay - especially for a beach vacation (there are also some nice hikes), overall the place and the people - especially Nicoletta - are perfect and really lovely!!
