Location may seem sketchy to some but I felt pretty safe. I suggest disregard all that graffiti as that seems common in Athens and doesn't mean that the neighborhood is dangerous. Apartment was spotless. Windows noise-proof. No noise or any sounds from the neighbors or the people below. WiFi was fast. The kitchenette worked fine. There are heavy curtains that can block out the sun which is very convenient. The electrics are not connected to your presence in the apartment like in some properties in Greece so you can leave your electronics working/charging. Right outside of the building entrance you have several places to eat/hang out that open till late. You are also close to Omonoia and all the establishments there so you can buy any hygiene, meds or electronics you need relatively easily. Host was responsive and the instructions clear.

I had a great experience staying at these apartments. The staff was very responsive and helpful – they assisted me right away when I had trouble getting inside and even let me store my luggage for free after check-out, which was a big help. The location is perfect: the windows face a quiet pedestrian street, so there’s no traffic noise. It was the first place I’ve stayed where I didn’t need earplugs to sleep. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable – my back felt fully rested each morning. The apartment was spacious, newly renovated, and spotlessly clean. I especially enjoyed the terrace – a lovely bonus to an already excellent stay. Highly recommend!

The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Good air conditioning and security. Right by subway, easy access to anywhere in Athens.

Beautiful, new apartment with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels, comfy bed. Good location - I felt safe in the area and apartment was very secure. Bottled water in the fridge.
