Location may seem sketchy to some but I felt pretty safe. I suggest disregard all that graffiti as that seems common in Athens and doesn't mean that the neighborhood is dangerous. Apartment was spotless. Windows noise-proof. No noise or any sounds from the neighbors or the people below. WiFi was fast. The kitchenette worked fine. There are heavy curtains that can block out the sun which is very convenient. The electrics are not connected to your presence in the apartment like in some properties in Greece so you can leave your electronics working/charging. Right outside of the building entrance you have several places to eat/hang out that open till late. You are also close to Omonoia and all the establishments there so you can buy any hygiene, meds or electronics you need relatively easily. Host was responsive and the instructions clear.

The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Good air conditioning and security. Right by subway, easy access to anywhere in Athens.

Beautiful, new apartment with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels, comfy bed. Good location - I felt safe in the area and apartment was very secure. Bottled water in the fridge.

Convenient location, really close to transit and within walking distance to attractions. Spacious room, kitchen with enough gear for some basic meals. Very easy check in process. It's in a pedestrian only street, but just a few meters away from the road so still pretty easy to get cabs. Very neutral decor, which I appreciate since most places on my budget range tend to be very tacky and tasteless
