Beautiful, new, stylish, clean, well-stocked condo. Quiet neighbourhood.

Mihalis was a wonderful host. The apartment was modern, bright and airy, and the furniture was very comfortable. The fruit, wine, honey, and cake made by his lovely mother, Despina, was a really nice touch. The cake was quite good, so good that she should attach the recipe! We also appreciated the recommendations for places to eat not only in Heraklion, but also for Rethymno, our next stop. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Staying at Urbanity felt like staying with family - from the welcome, to the recommendations for beaches and restaurants, to the homemade cake and cut fruit, thank you for having us! Super comfortable accommodation for our family of 6, we also loved the large balcony and access to a washing machine. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Heraklion.

The apartment was very clean, specious, and functional. Especially, a laundry was really useful because it was hot and humid in Crete during our stay. The location was a bit far from the downtown, but was convenient to go to two big supermarkets, which cannot be found in the downtown. The most remarkable thing was that the owner was very friendly and kind. His advices were really helpful for our tourism; the restaurant he booked for us was amazing! Definitely this apartment is a recommended accommodation in Heraklion!

New, clean, modern, spacious, with almost every facility. Owner and family exceptionally welcoming. Hard to fault, just book it!
