We had a short (7 hour) overnight layover in Athens but really needed to shower and get a little sleep. I was worried about finding something at midnight but Valhalla had availability and it was nearby. I submitted the booking request and got a response from Emmanouela just moments later. She provided check-in instructions and pictures to help us find the room. Before we arrived, Emmanouela had also booked a cab to take us back to the airport.
The room was spotless, very comfortable, and exactly what we needed for the night. Toiletries were provided, the bed was the most comfortable one I slept on during my 12 day trip, and it was very quiet. We had coffee for the morning and some pastries, which were a really nice touch. I absolutely recommend Valhalla if you need a place to stay before flying out of Athens. It was a great value and the proprietor gets an A+ for excellent service!
This is a great location for a stopover. I have used it before and will use it again for my stopovers in Athens. The host is really friendly and good at communicating.
The apartment itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, private.
The host left nice snacks and water in the fridge for my stay.
The bathroom is lovely, and the shower is great.
I would highly recommend it to anyone coming or going to the airport as it is an easy 10 minute Uber ride.

Perfect place to end your trip before you head out to airport. Modern decor, clean and tucked away but very close drive to airport. Felt safe as two women travelling alone and the host was extremely helpful and courteous.
