The villa is in a perfect location, in one direction you can walk to the beach within 5 minutes and in the other direction you can walk 5 minutes and be right in the town of Skiathos. Ioanna is a great host and takes time out of her day to make sure you enjoy your stay, she gave us a map an explained everything you can do on the island giving great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This is absolutely great value for money the view from the room is incredible and the location cant be beat!
The host Ioanna is a lovely person and she really did everything to give us the best experience possible. She recommended the best restaurants, hikes, beaches and activities on the island, and helped us by making reservations at the winery. The location is perfect because it's walking distance from the town center with all the restaurants, and the beach is just a 2 min walk down the road. We woke up every morning with a great view of the bay which can be enjoyed from the balcony. There is no private parking space, but a public parking spot just 1 min walking up the road was always available to park our rented car. We loved Skiathos and when we return in the future then we're sure to book Villa Anna again.
Amazing view, great location, city center and bus stop nearby. Wonderful forniture and style of the apartment. The host was very gentle and gave us many useful information. Really recommended
Pretty much everything was amazing! Location was perfect - 2 mins from the bus stop, 5 mins from the beach and 15 mins to the old port. The balcony is a great place to enjoy a drink and watch the boats in the bay, or the planes on the approach to the airport.

Villa Anna exceeded my expectations for a wonderful stay on the island of Skiathos. Perfectly positioned to capture the views, walk into town, the beach and 2 min from bus stop 4. The beds were extremely comfortable, strong air conditioning, even a beach umbrella to use. Ioanna was a wonderful hostess, providing information about places to visit and see and always super responsive. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Skiathos and suggest anyone considering the same to book Villa Anna.
