Mariza and her sister are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, near the good restaurants and taverns, mini markets. Moreover, it is five minutes away from the sea and ten minutes to old town.
We've met with other tenants and started talking with them. It was very nice!
Great location, very close to the Elli Beach (6-7 minutes walk)
a bit away from the old town but you can reach by walk easily (appr. 20 minutes)
very helpful host, she wanted to help with everything and was easily reachable via Whatsapp

Loved my stay at Mariza's villa! The room was giant, the beds super comfy, spotless in terms of cleanless, quiet, really cool despite the 100F temperatures outside (I didn't even need to have AC on at night), wifi was great for WFH and being on a ton of calls, and the host was super friendly and accommodating. She was very communicative before my arrival and also let me do late checkout with only 1 hour notice and no extra fees. 10/10 recommend for anyone coming to visit Rhodes alone or with a small group and especially if you're working from home!
Great location; everything is a few minutes' walk away (restaurants, shops, beach). A special mention goes to the host: a very nice and kind person.
