Very comfortable, clean and well appointed. We had a small issue with the washer and it was taken care of right away. Excellent service. Highly recommend! The property is located directly next to a quiet little cafe. We heard a little bit of chatter but it wasn’t an issue.

Loved Loutro. Villa Niki is a nice place to stay. The beds are comfortable, the place was clean, staff is friendly. We had a good view of the village. There are a lot of stairs but I'm impressed with how clean the village is.

From a warm welcome and a friendly smile and helpful information to the quiet location and great views, Villa Niki didn’t disappoint. Rooms are a good size, kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Being up off the beach is an advantage for noise and view. Lots of great hikes, both short (old castle) and long (gorge, Sweatwater beach). If you don’t want to hike lots of options of places to go in a water taxi for 5 Euros.

Villa Niki has a warm, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Andreas was a gracious host and we quickly felt at home.

The rooms are well equipped, have a nice finish and offer amazing views. The courtyard is beautiful, particularly when candle lit at night, here we were also treated to an intimate and inclusive live music session along with other guests, making for an unforgettable stay. Look forward to returning!
