Good location, close to the beach, clean bed sheets , very nice cleaning lady, AC.
Villa was clean and had everything we needed. Fresh towels and linen every two days. Easy to contact owner who organised everything we needed.
Villa situated in a lovely peaceful area but close to beach and restaurants etc..
Will definitely be back to stay again in the future.

I like the location of Villa Stamatis, it is very central but still far enough away not hear the music and buzz of the Pefkos strip.
Also the quietness is wonderful.
I also liked the fast efficient response of the hosts when there was a problem, Stamatis is very friendly and responded to requests very quickly.
we had a broken tap in the bathroom but within 24hrs Stamatis had a plumber visit, ok so he couldn't fix the tap entirely but he left it operational enough for us to use which I was grateful for, after all I hadn't paid to stay in a 5star Villa.
