Helpful host, good location, near restaurants and the beach .

We stayed at Ulyanas Apartment in a very quiet time of the year, which was great, since the beach was empty, the children loved the promenade and the nearby playground. Also a lot of flowers blooming around. The apartment had everything we needed, a small balcony to the seaside and a big backside balcony, which we mainly used, where you could hear a lot of birds singing. Inside room is a little limited with a 4-person-family, but fine. Communication with Ulyana was great, easy check-in. Recommendation for a nice stay next to a great beach

We had the best time at Villa Ulyana! The place is great for long-term stay as it has all the amenities that one might need, it is spacious and comfortable and it is located only few steps from the beach. Not only that, but Ulyana is one of the best hosts we've ever met, she proactively gave us tips about what to do during our vacation and she was in constant touch with us prior and during our stay. In other words, she made us feel at home, and we would 100% recommend this place.

A very nice, cozy apartment, with two balconies, one with a great sea view. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need if you want to cook at home. We stayed there during December so you couldn't find any shops nearby, but in a few minutes by car you have a few quite big ones so it's not a problem. Ulyana is an amazing host! She was very helpful, provided us with a lot of interesting information on places to visit, and although it's not our first time on Halkidiki, we did find some cool places to visit. She was definitely the best host we've had! Thank you very much for all the help and for our nice stay!
