The people, the location, the apartment; everyting was amazing. I would like to stay here again if I come this area.
The apartment was clean and equiped with everything you need. Well furbished, air-conditioning. The location is great and it’s even a small beach across the road. You can find a free parking place everytime. The host answers everytime to the needs of the guest.
The cleanness.
The apartment was nicer than expected.
Even that there is no reserved parking spot, you find plenty of free spots where you can park the car, even if you leave in the morning and arrive later in the evening/night.
The view was amazing in the morning when we had the coffee.
The furniture is new and the bathroom is huge.
We have found all the amenities we needed.
The location is great. not too far from the busy are of Neos Marmaras yet not too close to be bothered by the noise.
It was just excellent.

The apartment is very well equipped and located in a quiet area. It has a good location, easy to get to the city center, taverns nearby, and a small beach in front of the house. Plenty of parking spots on the street in front of the apartment. The host was very responsive and nice. We enjoyed our stay in Neos Marmaras.
Perfectly clean, ideal location, 30m from small beach, quiet, new furniture...no remarks at all.
