It's a very good location, 1 minutes walking from the center, and 5 minutes away from the beach. Very peaceful, and also quiet. Includes a private parking sport, air conditioning and everything as listed. The host is amazing, very welcoming and friendly, was at our disposal every time we needed him. Everything is perfect, clean and new.
