New apartment, modernly furnished, with well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, toaster, blender, microwave). Good comfy bed nice area, pleasant neighborhood with many restaurants, supermarket and bakery nearby.

Everything is great, very complete structure, modern, excellent cleanliness, beautiful decor, quiet place and well located. Approx 15 minutes to the rike park by foot. Market nearby, bakery nearby. It was well worth it!

Giorgi was an excellent host who responded to everything we asked for, the apartment was beautiful, renovated and centrally located, If you are coming to Tbilisi, this is the perfect apartment for you, especially if you want to meet new people from different countries, the area is very touristy! We will definitely be back!

Host thought of everything! He has a very nice apartment, very well located in the center, within walking distance to many of the sights including city mall, national opera and ballet theater of Georgia, old city, etc! He was also super accommodating when our daughter ended up staying the night with us one night, he brought an extra-bed without our mention. His place made our stay in Tbilisi more special!

It was a pleasure staying at the place - host was a nice and friendly person! The apartment is very cozy and really well equipped - one could really feel at home and spend longer time. The location is close to the center, so everything is within walking distance. My friends and I would definitely stay there again in case we visit Tbilisi again!
