Hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to main Batumi's attractions, most of which can be reached 10-20 min on foot. There are numerous highly ranked places to eat from next door (to the hotel) eatery to wonderful cafes in the neighborhood. The owner prepares breakfast herself and it is fresh and varied (from bread and pastry selection to eggs and veggies). Instant coffee and teas available, too. There are no elevators and entry into hotel begins with lights of stairs (take note of this, if you have mobility issues or traveling with very heavy luggage). My room was away from the street as I requested a quiet room, which the hotel kindly accommodated. Great pressure in the shower, which had sliding and tightly closing shower doors. A small soap and shampoo provided. Linen are pristine white and there were also single use slippers provided. Overall, pictures uploaded on the website are accurate.

The best location in Old Batumi. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is hospitable and professional. The price is affordable.

This is a small charming hotel that we really enjoyed. We highly recommend it. There is a nice restaurant just on the opposite corner and it is walking distance from the beach.

Very nice and cozy rooms, the owner was very welcoming and prepared a lovely breakfast for us each morning. Loved the stay.
