Perfect reinovation of an old house, which gives romantic flavour when you stay inside, flat is very warm and pretty. The house got cosy living room with a nice terrace, first floor and stairs got great colourful illumination and friendly inviting personal. We want to thank for hospitability, nice breakfast and great conversation and assistance in everything. Region of the hotel location is not really touristic and is not suitable for old people unless they always ravel by taxi. Cleaning service needs to be improved. The cleaning service in the hotel needed to be improved: bathroom is full of calk, bed sheets had some yellow spots and drawings made by a child (we were without a child). Floor in the bedroom is moving and makes to tremble wardrobe, which results in a strange music while walking. The family lives in the same house and we were afraid to disturb them during the day with a small child, but they are very inviting and friendly.

Отличный отель за небольшую цену , была только один день , но очень понравился . Уютный , домашний такой . Очень хорошая гостеприимная хозяйка , обязательно когда приеду в Тбилиси, остановлюсь там -

ничего. "отель" находиться в очень неудобном месте. пешком ходить затруднительно, так как надо подниматься высоко в гору. номер дали не тот. дверь в комнату не закрывалась, всю ночь боялись что кто нибудь может спокойно к нам зайти. в номере прокурено, в ванной течет кран и душ, полная антисанитария. кровати продавлены, кругом грязь. слава Богу были здесь всего одну ночь!

расположение нас вполне устроило. если вы любите ходить пешком, то проблем никаких. все чисто. огромная благодарность - очень оперативно помогли вернуть телефон забытый в такси. единственный минус - был сильный ветер, а дверь закрывалась неплотно, под утро было свежо в номере.
