Host was very friendly doing little extra things to make our stay great. Treated us to various tasty Georgian regional brunches. Room was clean with door leading onto a balcony where we spend a lot of time in the evening.

Great location in the heart of Tbilisi, perfect for touring around the area, and walking distance to the old town with great bars and restaurants. A beautiful property with terrace and rooftop views. Rooms were immaculate, each with an en- suite bathroom. Big thanks to Nino and her husband Gia for such a warm welcome, and the most amazing breakfasts ! We were so well looked after, really felt like family.

Nino is the best host we have meet ever, very organised and helpful. We spent the new year night together with she and her husband with very good family feeling and hospitality, We liked everything there and the worm environment. Thanks NINO for everything we really appreciate.

Nino is just amazing. She is an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful. And her breakfasts are the best. The house is very clean and centrally located. We highly recommend Tbilisi and staying with Nino and her husband Gia.

Nino I Gio, the hosts, welcomed us as a family, during our stay we felt like we are home. House is located in the very center of Tbilisi, just a couple of minutes walk to Rustaveli subway station. It’s amodern Georgian house, with a huge terrace cowered in grape wines. It was wonderful to sit there in the morning and are at night enjoying the view. Our room was bright and clean, bed was very comfortable, air conditioning was pretty powerful to beat the august heat, we had a small private balcony, overlooking the street. I was able to park my car right in front of the house at any time of the day. Special thanks to Nino for her amazing breakfasts, omelettes, fresh local cheese platter, salads, fresh matsoni and a cup of freshly ground coffee were a great start of the day! Nino and Gio are wonderful hosts, very warm and caring- and you can feel that it’s coming right from their hearts. If I am ever again in Tbilisi- I know exactly, where I will be staying next time!
