Exceptional staff, just everybody is so helpful, so nice, so friendly, the location is just perfect, during a few minutes it's possible to come to every place in the city center, the hotel is just in the middle of everything, the breakfast is very tasty, a beautiful woman prepares something special for every guest in addition to the buffet

We had a large room with a private balcony (although some other guests used it as well). The room was cleaned daily, we had a nice breakfast until late in the morning and the overall experience was very nice. The location is wonderful, right in the middle of the old city of Tbilisi, everything is walking distance. The hotel is located on a side street so the noise from the main street does not reach the hotel.
Room was great with the balcony and the location was perfect. You can walk everywhere and quite close to metro. Breakfast was excellent. Good value for money.
