Responsive staff. Great service. Very clean and comfortable. Nice view from the balcony. The room attendant who tidied our room, Ineza, made sure everything was kept clean.
Value for money , breakfast is good. The room is reasonable clean standard Sheraton.
A true 5-star hotel, with facilities, service and professional staff.
Staff members were very helpful, professional and polite.
We loved the location of the hotel and how massive it was. My boyfriend had never stayed at a hotel that that before. It was a very lovely experience for him because the hotel provided a nice cake and champagne to celebrate his birthday. We actually live in Tbilisi, and it was a nice getaway, even within the city. The staff was extremely friendly and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I didn't want to leave the hotel, I was so happy to be there.
