clean house and new renovation . It's a small house, but it has everything you need. The house is located on the main street, but it is on the slope above the street and near the mountain, so it will be a bit difficult without a car.

The place was so cozy and comfortable. Another thing I liked about it was that the apartment was in an excellent location, close to Rustaveli Street, and had everything around it: supermarket, cafe, park, bus station. The host was very helpful and nice.

The communication was pleasant and welcoming. They were always ready to help or provide advice when asked. They cared about my confort, but most importantly it is not expensive and in a picture perfect location. I will return on my next trip.

The host replied quickly and gave clear instructions on how to find the property and keys. They also shared some affordable dining recommendations in Tbilisi. The apartment, though small, was slightly bigger than I anticipated. A thoughtful touch was finding chocolates, tea, and coffee on the table. The sofa was extremely comfortable, and I had restful sleep all three nights. Despite being on the first floor, the street was usually quiet. The shower and toilet worked well, there were plenty of sockets for charging devices, and it was warm! The best part - it was spotlessly clean.
