Upsides:
- nice cozy hall, flowers all around, good atmosphere;
- friendly manager and personnel, always ready to help;
- room has fresh fit-out and equipped well (AC cool/heat, hairdryer, kettle, safe, refrigerator, TV);
- wi-fi is stable, works everywhere, speed is enough for any tasks up to youtube hi-res video watching;
- the hotel is in 10 minutes of walking from a subway station (many shops, cafes, exchanges etc are there) and in 15-20 minutes of walking from the very center of Tbilisi with all the main views and places of the amazing city;
- breakfast (boiled eggs, omelette with vegetables, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, sausages, ham, a few salads and garnish, nuggets, sauces, suluguni cheese, cookies, butter, toasts, instant coffee, tea, jam) - I liked it, the only thing I missed is filter coffee;
- nice mountain view in the cafe.
Conclusion:
This hotel offers a lot for it's price. In my opinion it is one of the best value for money options in Tbilisi. I can surely recommend it to all kinds of travelers.
I did my best to find at least something to add some objectiveness:
- the way to the hotel from the subway station is uphill, it can be hard for people with many luggage, so consider using taxi in this case;
- hard to find the hotel at first time - it's surrounded with other buildings.
