Die Lage ist sehr zentral, vieles fußläufig oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar (Hafen, Lokale, Supermarkt, Museen). Die Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und hell. Sehr gemütlich.
