Do not know Way too short a time interval on a January 1 - Brunch should be open longer - like other hotels in Kbh !!! Unable to read this on the website, only found out when we checked in. Would not have booked this hotel if we had known!! Have to book an interval for the brunch yourself - didn't work in the room, so reception had to do it. Too many guests at the late hour (10 o'clock) - there was no room in the restaurant. In the adjacent room, the coffee was cold, it was changed on request. Very sorry staff. Buffet was ok, but nothing exceptional on the 1st day of the year Pillows and duvets are not of a high standard, not good to lie in. The toilet door cannot be opened completely as the room is so small that the toilet is in the way. Very low wc. Absolutely no noise insulation!
