Very friendly and helpful staff. Location perfect in the center. Breakfast nice selection and good quality food. Very fast reaction on requests. Top service.
No smoking area unless you pay quite a big amount to access the lounge which had the only access to a balcony for smokers. Not nice to stand in front of the hotel next to the ashtray.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a metà ottobre.La posizione che offre è strategica per i turisti, vicina alla stazione centrale (per chi viene dall'aeroporto usando il treno) è davanti alla piazza del municipio dove parte la strøget la via dello shopping e al parco Tivoli. L'hotel è moderno, le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e pulitissime la colazione servita al sesto piano è qualcosa di eccezionale dolce e salato a volontà è il personale disponibile e gentile ci hanno tenuto le valige sia all’arrivo che alla partenza(tutto il giorno)👍🏻.In generale lo consigliamo per chi vuole essere "comodo" per visitare il centro di Copenaghen.Cinque stelle meritate.
