Staff was absolutely kind and helpful very hospitable . The attention was incredible . I want to especially and specifically thank the spa staff for helping me making my husband birthday extra special.
The property was nice and well kept. The pool, jacuzzi and beach are nice. Its relatively easy to get around.
Service was great.....my room always clean....overall food is very good
Customer service at the front desk was excellent........I did have issues with my booking...so before i travel...i did call the hotel and spoke to Nicole Rivas from the front desk....she were really patient..she explained everything in detail..........Christian and Nicole Rivas from the front desk were helpful, friendly and professional at what they do all the time......food...excellent.....
Had a really good time. I would definitely consider staying here again. Everything went well!
