The property was very clean overall. The room exceeded my expectations, I stayed in the Bungalow suite and it looks just like in the pictures. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, I never had an issue with any of them, they were all very attentive. Shout to: - Adony at the front desk, super friendly and helpful. - Margarita, super nice lady. - Adagilsa, Ezequiel(Joseph), Willy, God bless you all, super super friendly people. - Jose Luis at the relaxing pool, one of the best bartender for caipirihha princess drink. - Julio, at the truck bar by the beach, super friendly.

I loved the rooms-large, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is huge and I liked having a living area and balcony. I even liked my little clothes line on my balcony. The property is well kept; very clean and beautiful. . Staff was friendly and eager to help. Many food choices at buffet and speciality restaurants were a nice treat. The Michael Jackson show was phenomenal.

Everything, the experience was awesome. The tension of the staff was amazing. They had so many activities, the rooms were clean and had good temperature. I recommend to go.

The facilities are incredible! Very well maintained, cleaned, spacious rooms, many activities to do, the food is varied and very good, the staff is very friendly and are customer centered! I absolutely was amazed of everything and recommend absolutely! And the peacocks around all the hotel are wonderful!

Restaurants - we had hibachi and steakhouse , the hibachi was good and the steakhouse was decent . Service was good . The buffets had decent foods and service there was also good Room service - our room was clean every time we came back from breakfast and our mini bar restocked Bar- Richard our bartender for this trip was wonderful and respectful! We looked forward to going to the lobby bar because we knew we would receive wonderful service from him Coffee shop - Juan M was great , I don’t believe he was a waiter , but bussing tables but regardless took our order since the waitresses at the coffee shop were in no rush to serve their clients . Also the drinks we ordered were good Activities - the white party was very fun , I usually don’t stay up late , but I stayed for the whole event . The DJ and entertainers definitely set a good ambiance . We also attended Latin night and had a blast. Rooms - the rooms were comfortable and spacious
