Warm and inviting staff, helpful receptionist, fun pool & ceviche setup (it was a Sunday) and excellent location and historical value. Everything!
The facilities and staff are wonderful. The room was beautiful and the food and drinks were great! The location is very close to everything in the colonial city. We will stay here again.
This hotel represents the best of what the Colonial Zone has to offer. It is housed in an early colonial structure with walls that are nearly a yard thick. It is located on the earliest European-built paved street in the Americas. It boasts magnificent views of the port and the river from its perch atop the city walls. It is located a short walk from all the attractions worth visiting. It is impeccably maintained and it is staffed by dedicated employees.
Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is basic and will do if you want to eat at the hotel. Location is great for a first visit. Nice pool and pool bar.
