Excellent hotel! First class experience. Concierge floor great view and wonderful service. Beautiful ocean view and very accommodating staff. Big, immaculate rooms, comfortable bed. Can’t wait to visit again next business trip.
This property and the staf is over the excellence of customer service. I have work for customer service and travel a lot so far a pass the one in Madrid to Spain. This is what I call the extra mile.
The pool is huge! My room was big. Plenty of room. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful! There is a casino, I did not go in since I do not gamble. From the photos display in a section of the lobby, the hotel has been in that area for many years. Good area, not too far from Zona Colonial.
Love the pool and the gym. Great location and awesome views of the Malecon and the sea. Friendly and helpful staff. The casino was so fun that featured amazing live entertainment.
The 24hr gym , great equipment. Good quality food. Pool area is great .
