Food was hit and miss and shuttle service made getting around easy.. pool scene was the best didnt enjoy the beach with all the vendors.. good drinks
Very friendly staff. Dennis at the lobby bar was super!
The staff are hit or miss. Most everyone was delightful, like Dianna at the premium experience poolside guest supporter. Coffee at breakfast was always a challenge. The sheets could be upgraded. Overall, the experience was relaxing, enjoyable, and fun. We will probably be back. The food was also surprisingly very good. We stayed at Casa de Campo first, and we thought the food was just as good, if not better.
The variety of food available, no one can complain. The scattered pools and bars throughout the property are so handy
I love everything so much that I spent $20k to joint their travel club.
