Everything was super clean and the staff was working 24/7 to keep the place tidy.
Great service and support in the reception. When at both the pool and in the restaurants waiters always came asking us if we needed anything from the bar.
At the pool, when everything was filled up, they came and asked us if they should find us some sun-loungers.
Food was great but variation could be added. Of course you had several "a la carte" restaurants at the resort, but our kids don't "fancy" anything unknown, so we were stuck with the main restaurants.
The food is by no means bad, but it's only has 5-10% variation. Was hoping they would have more Egyptian food as well as more variation in their fruit, e.g. watermelon.
