the staff was always there to help. very clean facility and room.
staff was friendly and helpful. nice bright rooms with a view of the lake. close to all amenities.
Tanya, the receptionist/host was so very helpful, giving info regarding hiking, visiting kibbutz, and beaches to visit. A lovely lady!
Close to boardwalk, boat trips and all the best downtown shopping and restaurants. Free parking. Friendly staff.
I liked that there were 3 single beds in our room as most for 3 people in Israel have 2 and a sofa sleeper. I liked that we had a kitchenette with a large refrigerator. The breakfast was in their sister hotel next door and had a large variety of food! There was also a balcony which helped when drying clothing.
