The staff is helpful and pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The pool and the bar are great (a bit too cold these days). We took a Pilatis lesson, and it was very good.
Although the hotel's location is not central , it is conveniently close to the underground and to other public transportation. there are several good restaurants and coffee shops in a short walking distance.
The entire area is renovated, and I guess more businesses will open around the hotel with time.
