They offer a camel safari which I highly recommend. You get to see a different side of the country and its people that you wouldn’t normally get a chance to experience if you stuck to the main tourist trail. Plus you get to spend a night under the stars. Very special
Really nice decoration, the owner is really friendly. You’re like at home. Hot water, small breakfast included but really nice.

Let’s start with the location—it was very good. You can walk to the fort in just 5-7 minutes. Nearby, you’ll find my favorite veg fast food place, Freddy Foods, as well as other restaurants, shops, bike rentals, etc.
The hostel is a small, colorful building with a cute terrace. The staff are very polite, and the manager is extremely helpful. They offered us a tour of the Thar Desert, which was an amazing experience.
First, we drove in a jeep, then rode camels. After that, we had some snacks and tea while watching an unforgettable sunset. 🥰 We enjoyed dinner, cooked during the safari, and I even tried making chapati! 🥰 We slept under the open sky.
I had an amazing experience in Blue Eye Hostel and in Camel Safari. It is one of the best hostel I have ever been. The Blue Eye Hostel has a great location very near Jaisalmer Fort, Gadisar Lake and the train station.
It's very beautiful hostel, room was very comfortable, clean and had a private bathroom. The building has rooftop with beautiful view of Jaisalmer Fort and of the city. Owner is very much caring and welcoming, warm-hearted and treat you like a part of family. He made me feel as I was at my own home.
I also took the non-touristic tour for Camel Safari that is organized by hostel and it was a wonderful experience. Our guide was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made sure we have a safe trip on camels through the Thar Desert. Everything was very well-organised and nights on the Thar Dessert were unforgettable for me. I loved it and enjoyed a lot. I really appreciate everything and highly recommend it.
