it was very comfortable stay and property was easy to find.Staff had already done the cleaning before we could came Easy check in process
Here’s what I liked during my stay at Fortune Home Service Apartment, E28, 3BHK, New Delhi:
1. Upgrade to 3BHK: We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a 3BHK at no extra cost when the 2BHK was unavailable. It made the stay even more comfortable.
2. Excellent Cleaning Services: The daily dusting and mopping by the staff were impressive, and it was all included in the price.
3. Convenient Location: The apartment is close to a market and metro station, making it very accessible. Booking cabs like Uber and Ola was also effortless from this location.
4. Seamless Communication: The owner created a WhatsApp group at check-in, making it easy to communicate with the owner and support staff. Any queries or issues were quickly addressed.
5. Basic Amenities: The apartment was well-equipped, and any missing items were promptly provided upon request.
These aspects made the stay enjoyable and comfortable despite minor issues.
Easily available, the host reached out to me as soon as I made my booking. The place is absolutely beautiful, and very well kept.
