I had a comfortable stay at Grand Mercure Bangalore and I recommend to stay in this hotel.
I had a truly wonderful experience at Grand Mercure! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. A heartfelt thank you to Avneet and Gerald for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. Their thoughtful gesture of offering a complimentary late check-out made my stay even more special and stress-free.
Room was very comfortable and special thanks to Farhen and Aveneet who has given tarts and chocolates when we were departing.
The rooms are renovated very nicely, the bed was comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The staff were amazing, special thanks to the front office staff and to the restaurant staff Xavier and special thanks to Chef Vilas that made our stay more joyful and comfortable.
Breakfast was great, staff was very attentive and rooms were good.
