Staff were really nice especially receptionist staff. Kanchan was very helpful at giving advice and we particularly liked the care that was put into managing our concerns.
The gulab collection was an interesting touch with ganges water to take away. Very well thought out. Loving move by the owners. I took the dip in the sister hotel and thought it was very private and the security staff was attentive to ensure safety. Beautiful location for the dip too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Overall was very good. I liked the thali dinner too. Appreciate the Ganga river water kept in a nice bottle when check out.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were very good too.
It had a lovely rooms and lovely bathroom . The staff were incredibly helpful, and it was very good value for money. The restaurant was also very good. Again staff were excellent inside the restaurant.
Excellent breakfast buffet. Lovely restaurant with attentive, sincere staff. Respectful reception staff. Great sister hotel close-by where we had lunch and attended an intimate aarti at the private ghat, also a morning yoga session. Safari organised by reception- enjoyable. Room with balcony, fridge, nice bathroom, nicely serviced every day. Lovely gift on arrival and departure.
