Staff was very accommodating to our needs. We needed early breakfast on a few days as we needed to leave early and they happily accommodated for that. The food is great at this hotel and we ended up dining in the hotel most of the days. The person in charge by the name of Jindal is a very nice and genial guy. He not only assisted with arrangement of Bumla transport but also helped us make our plan for the town visit. The bathrooms were well maintained and clean (a very important criteria for us).
From the back of the hotel you can see the peaks and it is nice.
