Incredible staff. We arrived and were basically immediately upgraded to a new room and then told us we could stay in the room until our 9pm flight the next night (very late check out). Staff was incredibly accommodating and kind and gave lots of good advice to us.
Clean and a lot of effort is taken to ensure sanitation. They mop the floors frequently as travellers would enter through the lobby. We can request for early check-in. The front desk assists in selection of transportation. Mr. Rehman even spoke to the driver to ensure my safe journey. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. The area is right next to the university hospital so we can access many shops and restaurants frequented by uni students and professionals.
The staff are very good. We love the place. Very calm neighbourhood. The especially reception guy is very helpful and friendly. Love it.
