We chose the hotel because of it location next to the Metro and Ernakulam South Station. The staff were so
much helpful! We asked for late check out and they allowed us to use the room for additional couple of hours and also stored our luggage for all day.
Had a safe and secured stay.I recommend this hotel for couples and family who prefer budget friendly.
Everything was very properly arranged. Housekeeping at its best. Well behaved staff and on top of all staff of the property is way too humble.
Very peaceful area and Rooms are very neat and clean. best service, no disturbance, easy check in and check out. overall nice experience friendly staffs and good ambience,
clean, guest service always present, possible to use the lift.
the receptionist was very helpful towards me, also I was able to leave my luggage for two days without any extras. recommended place
