Location, everything you need is already around you from market, supermarket, pharmacies and restaurants. Value for money regardless it is not luxurious but comfortable. Rajesh the caretaker was wonderful to deal with, a lot of respect for him :)

Rajesh was available whenever we called and was very obliging.
The location is perfect for shopping and family adventures. Property has working elevator and attendant staff are good.
