location was excellent, in the midst of town itself
Nice property for a family stay very close to main road but silent and very good experience from the staff.
This is 2BHK with all facilities like tv, dining area, ac, geyser, balcony. It's very comfortable stay like home. Also very clean. We really enjoyed and will book next time as well.
The location of this property is well accessible. There was no food arrangements within this property/nearby. The KSRTC bus stand was within a kilometer and food/drinks are available. Door delivery from Zomato/Swiggy is always within reach. There is a good vegetarian restaurant Kapilavasthu which is within a kilometer and door delivery is available through Swiggy.
This is a well designed property built with care and effort in design, fixtures and furniture by the host Shafeeq. For example, the higher end mattress and toilet flush system will rarely be found within this budget category.
Ashraf the caretaker-manager is hardworking and within reach for any assistance.
While the lack of lifts and in-house F&B might be an impediment for some guests, the stairs are wide and several online/ offline food options exist within easy reach.
The daily cleaning inside and outside the room seemed diligent.
Location might seem a little low-end but is near the town center and access to most urban facilities is easy.
