Our first room was very small and noisy with a/c n 'pipe' noises. We told them of our disappointment especially at very high price being paid as wedding season at hotel n demand high. However, it was very professionally handled and we got a much nicer deluxe room and quiet. Fabulous bed and overall very comfortable. This is an iconic hotel and quite old but renovations over the years and we love the ' family's feel n staff have been there many years
