Room was good with a view of Hussain Sagar Lake and good staff at reception.
Great service and polite staff! I would specially like to thank Mr. Manikanta for all the help.
The room was exceptional . I stayed in the panoramic room overlooking Hussain Sagar. Fantastic. Was able to get a Cappuccino even at 3 AM. The staff were very courteous . Breakfast was exceptional. Special kudos to Sanjana at the breakfast table. She was happy to help me despite my numerous nagging requests at the table :). Gym was neat and clean . The pool was outstanding ! Would stay here if I were to visit Hyderabad again.
the room is amazing, the view and the tub is very nice
Stayed for 5 nights, enjoyed it. Few hiccups but the crew took care of everything. Nice staff, smiling and service oriented. Thanks
