The property was very neat and clean, though it could do with some maintenance. The staff members were very helpful and the apartment was very spacious. The complimentary temple drop-off and pick-up is something we appreciated. The restaurant which caters to this property served delicious food at affordable rates. Great property to stay at while visiting Guruvayoor. It's away from all the temple crowd, and yet close to the temple.

Never had breakfast there. Other services were good.

Cleanliness, Large rooms, It was a single bedroom Apartment. Satisfied. About 1 kilometre far from Guruvayur temple. Love to recommend the property to all, friends, family.... Enjoyed my at this property. Love visit again.

Receptionist was very helpful. Hotel has an excellent service and was having proper cleanliness.

We booked a 3BHK apartment for 2 nights stay.. Rooms were spacious , clean and tidy. It was smelly while we entered, but got OK, as we kept the doors open for few minutes. Staffs were polite, but answered only to our queries.. No interactive communication. As advertised, Complimentary pick up and drop facility to temple , is provided only if we request.otherwise ignored. Complimentary breakfast is provided.but need to walk a little to reach the restaurant located at the entrance. During our 2 days stay, first day both the Lifts got brokedown and we were forced to walkdown from 6th storey along with our 88 year old mother.. No regrets from the Hotel staff. Repairs were rectified after 5 hours. We checked in @ 2.30 am as informed them in advance. Staff was available and provided us the Room key. In total, we are happy with the Stay.But scope for improving the services is more. Thank you.
