Hotel was very clean and staff were amazing and friendly
Hotel has amazing view , rooms are big clean and tidy , greatest bathroom and balcony view I’ve ever seen. Pool and private beach very cool. Breakfast has so many great options according to taste
The property was pristine and beautiful! On arrival, they greeted us with a flower necklace and delicious tea, we felt so welcomed! We booked the least expensive room, but were not delighted...so we asked about getting changed. They offered us an amazing suite with a private pool for $30 USD more per night - and we LOVED it! (We even tried to stay an extra night, but flights were sold out, to our great disappointment.) Communicating with staff was easy via Whatsapp, and they were very responsive (all departments reached with one number.) The restaurant was open to the beach, even had a few tables in the sand, and was clean and delicious. The massage was good and reasonable, but not cheap, like in local places. They offered to get us a car to go to the airport for $50 USD, but we got a Gojek for around $35. (Gojek or Bluebird taxis are less available in the area, but we were able to get one without a problem.)
Peaceful , in a scenic area and facilities . Room very spacious. Staff was very helpful and welcoming (Yani in particular ) .
