Nothing The building is a shoddy new development... It has aged poorly. Tower blocks reaching 30 floors with tasteless and pretentious designs. I don't know who likes or needs this. Everything is very worn out. The room was terribly damp and stuffy. The balcony was inaccessible, and the windows couldn't be opened – they were screwed shut. The air conditioner made a loud rattling noise when running. All the bed linen, including towels and the bed itself, smelled foul, like mouldy rags. I had to get three extra towels from reception. The shower was generally okay, but nothing dried in the room due to the extreme dampness. To reach the 26th floor, where I stayed, you could only use the middle lift, as the other two did not have working buttons for the 26th floor. The lifts were old and worn out. The fire exits were locked on the 25th floor, and I suspect on other floors too. If a fire breaks out, you won't get out alive. The 25th floor seemed entirely abandoned, and perhaps some others too – I only discovered this by chance. In the nearby shop, I was forced to make a minimum purchase of 50,000 rupiahs, and they refused to return my card, claiming they had already processed the transaction and couldn't cancel it. Eventually, they returned the card and cancelled the order only after I protested and nearly caused a scene. In general, it’s a complete disaster. Hardly anyone speaks English properly. Honestly, it's absolutely not worth the money they charge. I will never stay there again.
