A good hotel in the area of Jakarta, close to a shopping mall. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Room facilities are complete, and the bathroom is very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was so much variety of food. The staff are friendly. It Is close to the mall and train stations.

Great location, easy access to the rest of Jakarta. Very friendly and helpful staff, also in the restaurant. Breakfast menu with many alternatives.

The hotel was nice, modern well equipped. The pool is super clean and with all the facilities. The breackfast served include several healty options and is very rich, both salthy and sweet. The spa is amazing but I want to give a special mention to the gym: is the first hotel in Jakart with a real equipped gym with leg press, leg extentions and leg curl machines. Great. I appreciated the local bar and the option buy a coffe and have a free pastry. They organized also many activities for kids, so, super recommanded if you travel with childen.

Super comfortable beds and particularly pillows. Although booked room only since not a breakfast person, the buffet set up and offering was extensive and well presented. I enjoyed great coffees and pastry at the lobby lounge catered by young and enthusiastic team members. Super helpful and friendly team members.
