the staff was excellent. from the time you get out of the car the concierge, front desk were very welcoming and helpful in fulfilling our requests.
Room that we were upgraded to was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel was in a quieter part of city which was nice.
Breakfast was the best. Who can say no to Haagen Dasz for breakfast? Good spread of western and local food and it tasted fresh.
