It's right in the Ubud's centre, on our favorite street, and although it requires light renovation it's nice and good value. We enjoyed our stay here.
should fix the little bathroom’s window (the lock is broken. i was afraid of monkeys)

Can see mountain from here, the 4th floor view is cool!

The room is very spacious and clean. The staff are kind and accommodating and they always clean the room. There’s always hot and cold water which is clean. The place is situated in the center of Ubud yet it’s very peaceful.
Great location, very centralized. Big room, comfortable bed, very clean, and the AC worked well. Staff were very friendly, not a lot of the city noise, and no party noise at all. There were roosters, but those seem to be all around ubud, so not sure you can escape that early morning wake up call from them. We didn’t utilize the complimentary breakfast until the last day, but it was excellent.
