Nice big windows with a view of the river. One of the few places in the area with A/C which was quite nice. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice outside deck area. Close to other bungalows and restaurants on the others side of the river from town. Seems a bit under the radar.

It is cute bungalow surrounded with garden, nice and quiet. All the staff are very friendly. Breakfest is simple, you can oreder one of three offers. There are allmost no mosquitoes. The host can arrange airport pick up and jungle tracking with a good guide. All of it was very good.

Great location, central to the town and close to trekking tracks. Great access to the River for cooling swims. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the Aircon is a lifesaver on these very humid days. Staff were exceptionally helpful , assisting with tours, laundry and transport and were always available with a smile. The recommended trekking guide had been working with Orangutan rehabilitation since 1986, knew the best times and locations to go and could track animals through the canopy following We were lucky enough to see Orangutan in the wild on two days, along with many different monkeys, chameleon, insects and interesting plants.

Very nice view of the lake. Very nice staff. Comfortable bed!! The woman of the house cooks very well!
